About the Event
Join legendary sheep-shearer Fred DePaul for his famous sheep shearing demonstration! Fred will share information about why sheep need to be sheared and will demonstrate his amazing technique for all who attend. We missed Fred last year, and are thrilled to welcome him back to Clermont this year. When you're done watching the sheep shearing demonstration, please visit our featured vendors, Catsview Farm (soap and lotions) and Hand to Mouth Weavers (finished fiber goods). COVID-19 protocols will be followed by all of our vendors and performers.
This program is FREE, but registration is required and tickets will be checked at the door. Demonstrations will be held at 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM. Parking is $5. Attendance is limited, so reserve your spot today!
PLEASE NOTE: Clermont follows all NYS Department of Health guidelines for safety during the COVID 19 pandemic. Masks and social distancing will be required of all participants until these guidelines are lifted by New York State Parks.
