Historical Resources

Clermont State Historic Site holds a multitude of historical resources. Some of these items are developed by the current museum staff at Clermont and include Livingston fact sheets, history essays, pamphlets, and exhibit text. Others are the primary documents from the Livingston family. Only a small sampling is shown here. Other items include tenant farm rent books, 18th century leases, early 20th century garden literature, 19th and 20th century photographs, 19th century letters, childrens’ books, prints, paintings and old local maps.
