Clermont’s Group Tour Program Group tour reservations (ten persons or more) are accepted year-round on a daily basis between 9am and 4pm. Reservations should be made at least two weeks in advance and reservations for the next year may be made after November of the current year. Reservations for a guided tour may be made for the historic house, the historic gardens or both. The historic house is by guided tour only. The historic garden tour is available mid-April through late September. The experience at Clermont includes a visit to the Visitor Center that houses an introductory film, exhibit, carriage barn art gallery, and museum shop. Rest rooms are also located in the Visitor Center, as well as in a building in the main parking lot. Reservations may be made at (518) 537 – TOUR (8687). Current Admission for Tours:
One tour leader and one bus driver are admitted free with each reserved tour. Groups with Special Needs If you have a group with special needs, please contact the office for information and accommodations even if your group size is smaller than ten. Clermont happily accepts individual and group NYS access passes. The main tour floor of Clermont is accessible by a wheelchair lift. Clermont’s Visitor Center and Comfort Station (at the parking lot), are fully accessible. Designated parking areas are provided.
